5 Spot – Baja

Karen and I had a (quite) late dinner tonight at the 5 Spot. They’ve updated their menu to “Baja” and boy do I have a recommendation now!

Camarones Costa Azul
Bacon wrapped plump prawns stuffed with queso fresco and golden fried with a drizzle of crema camarones. Served on a bed of Mexican red rice with calabacita sauté.

Wow – incredible!
